Biography
Dr. David G. Tarr is Academic and Policy Advisor to the International School of Economics in Tbilisi and former Lead Economist with the World Bank. He has worked as a policy advisor to more than 25 governments on international trade and foreign direct investment policy.
He has written over 75 refereed journal articles, written or edited 15 books or monographs and is widely cited according to Google Scholar currently with an H index of 48.
He has written extensively on the international trade policy of the Russian Federation and the independent states of the former Soviet Union, having worked in 13 of these states.
