Biography
Corresponding Member, the International Academy of Comparative Law. Member of the Society of Comparative Legislation.
In 1994, she graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Belorussian State University; in 2000, she completed her postgraduate studies at the Institute of State and Law of Russian Academy of Sciences.
Doctor of Law.
Research interests: public law (information, administrative, constitutional), comparative law.
The main scientific works: Management of State Property; Public Law and Economics; Commentary on the Anti-Corruption Legislation of the Russian Federation.
