Biography
Since 2010 - Director, the Department of Methodology and Organization of Procurement, Rosatom State Corporation.
From 1995 to 2004, he held various positions at companies in the oil industry of the Russian Federation in the field of logistics. He was Deputy Director General, Energostroysnabkomplekt UES; Head, the Directorate of Methodology and Organization of Procurement, the Federal Grid Company of Unified Energy System.
He graduated with honors from the Gubkin Moscow State Academy of Oil and Gas.
