1994: Graduated from Moscow State Automobile and Road Technical University – MADI with an Engineer’s Degree in Automobile Maintenance and Repairs.
2003: Obtained an MBA Degree at Kingston University (UK).
2013: Received an Honorary Doctorate from Kingston University (UK).
1993 – 2011: Headed his own business started from scratch. Latest project: The Tver Paint Factory, producing modern high-quality automobile and industrial paints. Founded in 2010.
2008 – 2011: Took up venture financing, founded InCube – a business incubator of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration which was recognized the best business incubator in 2010 according to Forbes.
2010: Winner of the Russian stage of Ernst & Young’s «Entrepreneur of the Year» international contest under the heading «Industrial Production».
February, 2011 – March, 2015: Headed different positions in Moscow City Government, such as Moscow Government Minister, Head of Moscow Science, Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship Department, Adviser to Moscow Mayor
March, 2015: Was elected as Director of Industrial Development Fund.
April, 2017: Was appointed as Vice-rector of Presidential Academy, Director of Graduate School of Public Administration.
June, 2018: Was appointed as General Director of «Russia – the country of opportunities» by the order of Head of Presidential Administration of Russia.
Actively engaged in sports: motorcycle racer, ultra-marathoner, IronMan finisher.
He run the Antarctic Ice marathon in the end of the 2021th and was in the top ten of participants among men.
