Anna Serebryanikova — President, Big Data Association
Deputy CEO for digital projects and government relations of USM Management LLC; member of the Board of Directors of PJSC MegaFon; president of Big Data Association; head of working group Data Infrastructure of the Autonomous Non-commercial Organization Data Economy.
Since 2018 Anna Serebryanikova has been a member of the Board of Directors of MegaFon as USM Holding representative. Prior to this, she served as Chief Operating Officer of MegaFon. Due to her management, MegaFon has the most developed infrastructure in 5G, Big Data, and IoT.
A recognized expert in the telecommunications field, and in the digitalization of business and the economy, she is a regular speaker on major industry forums and conferences, and has numerous published articles. As head of a working group in Data Economy, Anna leads a collaboration of business and government representatives in the implementation of the data program of the Russian Government.
Anna serves on the Board of Directors of the Non-commercial Partnership GLONASS, the Board of Directors of the Russian Media Communication Union, the billing company Peter-Service, and the Board of Trustees of Polytechnic Museum. In addition, she is the co-chair of the Committee on the Data Economy in the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, and is a member of the Expert Council in the State Duma Committee on Information Policy and IT.
From 1998 till 2004, Anna worked for the Foundation for Enterprises Restructuring in the Russian Ministry of Finance. She graduated with honors from the Law School of Moscow State University and received a Master’s Degree from the University of Manchester (Great Britain).
