In 2004-2008, Vice-President of Siberian Machine-Building Holding, LLC, and since 2006 - the first Vice-President of SM.Holding.
In 2008, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the investment company "SM.Art".
In 2008-2012, Deputy Director of the Department, Director of the Department of budget policy in the field of innovation, civil industry, energy, communications and public-private partnership of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.
In 2012-2020, Deputy Minister of Finance of Russia.
On July 16, 2020, he was appointed the first Deputy Minister of economic development of Russia.
