Maxim Egorov — Deputy Minister of Construction, Housing, and Utilities of the Russian Federation
Born on 23 May 1977 in the city of Gorky (now Nizhny Novgorod).
Graduated from Volga State Academy of Water Transport in 1999.
In 1999-2000 worked in the department of economy, industry and planning of the Leninskiy district administration of Nizhniy Novgorod.
From 2000 to 2005 he held different positions in Nizhny Novgorod Joint Stock Company E&E Nizhnovenergo, from 1st category economist to Deputy Director of Economics - Head of Planning and Economic Department.
From 2005 to 2015, he held various positions at the Federal Tariff Service in Moscow, rising from the Head of the Electricity Buyer Regulation and Control and Balance Sheet Formation Department of the Electricity Pricing Regulation and Control Department to the Head of the Electricity Industry Regulation Department.
In 2016-2018, he was an advisor to the Governor of the Tyumen Region of the Tyumen Region's representation to the Russian Federation state authorities in Moscow.
On 5 June 2018, he became Advisor to the Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation. On 29 December of the same year, he was appointed Deputy Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation.
