Sergey Vorobiev — President, Co-Founder, Ward Howell
The President and one of the founders of Ward Howell, the premier Executive Search and Leadership Development consulting company in Russia and CIS. Sergey's focus is on dealing with CEOs and business owners, including shaping and development of entire executive management teams and complex transnational searches, he is also responsible for work with state and public institutions. In 1998, Sergey was listed in The Global 200 Executive Recruiters rating as one of the top 200 senior management recruiters in the world. He is a member of the Supervisory Board of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI), of the Russian Federation Presidential Council on the Development of Civil Society and Human Rights, of the Expert Council for the Russian Federation, and the Board of Trustees for the Russian Economic School Endowment Fund, he also serves as a Non-Executive Director on the boards of a number of leading Russian companies. Since 2002 he has been a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization and an honorary co-founder of its Russian branch. Sergey graduated from St. Petersburg State Technical University, Radio Physics Department in 1987 and Joint School of Business Administration (St. Petersburg engineering-economics institute and the French government agency, L'ACTIEM) in 1991. Throughout his entire career Sergey has been participating in Leadership development internships and Executive Education programs in both corporate and leading international business schools, incl. Harvard Business School, Eisenhower Fellowship, INSEAD, and London Business School
